Thank you so much for stumbling across The Aeolist

The Aeolist is a mental health brand. My intention is to build a space for the people who don’t really feel like this experience is what we signed up to. If you need support, then I have created a Getting Help section which way finds people towards some of the services that have helped me over the years.

Maybe you feel less is more. Maybe you’re feeling social media fatigue. Maybe you’re realising that your personality is more than your career. Maybe you feel guilty for being so exhausted from parenting, your studies or the responsibilities that are simply not ticking the same boxes for you anymore.

I create short stories and photography content here that hopefully makes you stop and think for a second. There’s a few collaboration options too under my services section and I’ll be creating a newsletter too in case you did want to keep in touch. I’ll post the archive versions here as well, so feel free to sign up if this - whatever it is - speaks to you in some way.
